Our store hours are weekdays: 8am-5pm | weekends: 9am-5pm. You can also find us online for order pickups and deliveries during these times.
2. Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we do offer some gluten-free and vegan options. However, please be aware that our kitchen handles ingredients like wheat, dairy, and eggs, so there is a risk of cross-contamination.
3. How far in advance should I place a custom order?
It depends. Items like “Let Them Eat Cake” and other smaller orders require at least 48 hours (orders must be placed by 5pm, 2 days before), while more customized offerings, such as “Joyful Cakes,” require a lead time of two weeks. For larger or more detailed orders, it’s always better to give us extra time!
4. Do you deliver?
Yes, Grubhub offers One Girl Cookies delivery within radius. You can also pick up your order at one of our store locations.
5. Can I host a private event at One Girl Cookies?
We do not rent our space for private events. However, you can contact us for special arrangements regarding larger orders.
6. What allergens are present in your products?
Our products may contain common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy. Since we do not provide specific ingredient lists, we encourage you to contact us directly for allergen inquiries.
7. Do you ship your products?
Unfortunately, we do not ship our products at this time.
8. Do you have other locations?
Yes! Dawn’s til Dusk, an all-day café in Dumbo, is our sister location.
9. What is your return policy?
Since our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
